High Altitude Information

The air is very dry in the mountains, and there is less of it! Be prepared with lip balm, lotion, etc. because you will definitely need it! The best way to avoid headaches due to elevation is to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water! You may want to consider coming a few days before the wedding to adapt to the environment. Changes in altitude may cause any bottles/dispensers you have to leak, so tape your caps shut. Be careful opening them when you arrive- they may squirt!

If you chose to rent a car while in town, stay aware of the posted speed limits! Please work with members of your family and/or Angel and Ryan to figure out who will be picking you up/taking you to the airport and your hotel.
