Angelica & Dawid met each other way back in the year of ‘98. They attended the same Polish school, Jakubowo. As the years went by they grew fond of each other. There were points in their lifetime that Angelica liked Dawid more than he liked her, and vice versa. Once high school began for the two of them he knew he wanted to be with Angelica and so did she, regardless of the fact that they went to different high schools. Junior year, Dawid finally asked Angelica out and couldn’t be any happier. From that moment on they knew they were meant to be together for life. Not only because they knew each other from such a young age but they completed each other in a way they haven’t known before. Fast forward 8-ish years, Dawid finally proposes to Angelica.

Angelica left work early on a Friday. Dawid and his sister Olga took the day off to set up the apartment. They blew up many balloons and hung pictures from the balloons throughout the many years they dated. Not only were there balloons hanging but rose pedals leading the way to the bedroom. Angelica got home and the first thing she saw is a balloon hanging up on the door with a picture of them when they were 5 years old. She immediately starts tearing up. She opens the door and was just in awe. Looking at the photos throughout the years made her smile and remember all the good times they went through. She finally opens the door to the bedroom and there Dawid was, on one knee with the words in blowup balloons “MARRY ME” with rose pedals everywhere. Angelica didn’t even let Dawid speak, she was so excited that she exclaimed “YES!” They popped champagne to celebrate and couldn’t wait to tell everyone. ✶ ✶ ✶ ✶ The next day, Dawid & Angelica went to Cantina Laredo to celebrate their engagement. Little did Angelica know, Dawid was throwing a surprise party for her. After dinner Dawid was trying to stall by going to Starbucks to let others make it to the apartment on time. They finally came back to the apartment and Dawid mentions he has another surprise. Angelica was excited and asked “DID YOU GET ME A PUPPY?!” In disappointment Dawid said no. They entered the apartment, walked to the living room and there everyone was screaming SURPRISE! Angelica broke down and started crying out of joy. Everyone was greeting & congratulating Angelica and Dawid.
