AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Once guests have booked their flights, please have them email their flight confirmations to mailto:info@modernromancetravel.com by August 15th. Here are the details and requirements for the complimentary transfers:     •Complimentary roundtrip transportation from the Airport: maximum 2 guests per room on a shared basis with a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.  Important note: The included transportation service benefit is for 2 guests per room reservation. For extra guests, an additional fee of $100 USD per person, round trip, shared service will apply.     •Each guest has 1 complimentary piece of luggage and 1 carry-on. Additional pieces such as strollers, golf clubs, wheelchairs, and additional pieces of luggage are considered extra luggage and require private transportation, subject to an additional charge.     •Extra guests sharing the same room are responsible for the cost of their transportation service     •Children under 0 3 years old are free of charge. From 4 years old pay the regular rate.     •Transfers are provided between Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos (to and from)     •The service is not transferable to other guests or reservations     •No refunds will be provided if the guest chooses alternative transportation     •No-show services will not be applicable for refund or cancellation     •Changes or cancellations have to be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival by email or 72 hours prior to departure from the hotel at any Vacation Planners desk. Note: Payments ( for the additional guests or car seats) are made directly in the room charge, and the guest will pay at the end of their stay. If you are interested, an upgrade to a Private van option is available for a $340 USD fee round trip for up to 10 passengers.
