The ceremony will begin at 4 pm on 8/28/21. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 3:45 PM to be seated by this time. Location of ceremony is at La Valencia hotel and will take place at El Jardin. Hotel staff will direct guests to ceremony.
Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony and will take place from 5 pm to 6 pm. Guests will be directed to location at La Valencia Hotel, which will be the Patio Sol And Solarium. Complimentary Appetizers and Open Bar will be provided for wedding guests.
The formal reception will begin at 6 pm. Location will be at La Valencia Hotel, in the Veranda Ballroom. Guests will be directed to reception following cocktail hour. Seating/table assignment will be provided at entry. Guests will enjoy DJ/Music and dancing. Dinner and Open bar will be complimentary to all of our wedding guests. Dinner will be served to all wedding guests (your meal selection will be applied). Open bar will be available during entire reception. Delicious wedding cake and desserts will also be served. Reception ends at 10 pm.
Valet is available for $15.00 and is located directly in front of hotel entrance. There is also metered street parking available, please read signs carefully.
Dress code for wedding guests is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
