When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible would be best! However, we have to give our wedding coordinator our final head count by July 22nd.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course! Just please let us know.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony so about 4 o'clock in order to make sure we can get the party started as scheduled.

Is parking free?

Answer

YES! And there is a parking coordinator available so no traffic jams to worry about.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, nice skirts and slacks, button ups, a tie if you wish, light colored suits since it will be hot. Be careful with heels though as the ceremony is on the grass and dancing is required.

What can i expect the weather to be like?

Answer

The average temperature for August 22nd in Springville is a low of 65 & high of 96. We are starting the ceremony at 5 pm to assure a slightly cooler temperature & shade.

Does the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the grass outdoors so please be aware of that when picking your shoes out! Hopefully we will be allowed to do the reception indoors but unfortunately because of COVID-19 restrictions, we may have to do both the ceremony & reception outdoors.
