How are your plans affected by COVID-19?

Answer

We've spoken with our wedding planner at the Downtown Market & we are still having our wedding on 5/16/2021. As we get closer to that date, we will be able to update anyone if we will be able to invite more people to the ceremony/dinner provided that the health safety guidelines in Michigan get updated. If you do not feel comfortable coming to the wedding under the circumstances we completely understand & believe you should prioritize your health & safety above all else!

What are the parking options?

If you are staying at the Amway Grand Plaza, they have a parking structure located on Pearl St. For the day of the event, the Downtown Market does have a parking lot that is $3/hour or feel free to use the meters anywhere near the Downtown Market, they are free on the weekends!

What other lodging options are there Downtown?

Answer

There a lot of options in Downtown Grand Rapids for lodging, we have a wedding block at the Amway Grand Plaza, but there is also the JW Marriott, Courtyard Marriott, AC Hotel by Marriott, Hyatt Place(pet friendly!) Homewood Suites by Hilton, and City Flats Hotel. Of course there are a few Airbnb's as well!
