What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Think formal/cocktail dresses or a suit and tie.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Ceremony will be held at 2PM followed by a cocktail hour at 6PM, guests can start to arrive at Lacuna Lofts at 5:30PM. Dinner reception will begin at 7PM.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will conclude around 3:00 PM. You are welcome to start arriving at the venue for the cocktail hour at 5:30 PM, at the very earliest. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore some of our favorite spots around Pilsen. See the "Things To Do" section.

How do I get to the Reception?
Answer
From downtown Chicago, take I-90 W/I-94 W and exit at Damen Ave. Turn right onto Damen Ave, then right onto 21st St, and left onto Canalport Ave. From O'Hare, take I-90 E to I-94 E, then exit at Damen Ave and follow the same route. From Midway, take I-55 N to Damen Ave and follow the same route. Parking will be available at the Lacuna Lofts and street parking is also available.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Early spring in Chicago can be unpredictable with a mix of cloudy, rainy, or occasionally sunny days. Snow is less common but possible, and temperatures can fluctuate.

Where should guests park?
Answer
The parking lot is usually accessible from the rear of the building or on the side, typically off S. Canalport Ave. Street parking is also available.
