Are the Hotel Rooms Paid For?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, me and josh cannot afford to cover all hotel rooms for our guests. You will have to cover your own costs for either your hotel room you book, or the lodging you book.

Will Dinner Be Provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be catering food for our guests & THE FOOD IS FREE. We have not decided on where we are catering from yet. (Updates for catering will be announced on the website).

Will There Be Alcohol Provided?

Answer

There is a bar located in the reception hall that you can purchase drinks from. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE PERIOD. If anyone gets too crazy and starts acting a fool (you all know exactly what I mean), you will be removed from the reception. I am not here to babysit on our wedding day, so make smart choices:)

Is The Food Peanut-Free?

All food and beverages provided at the venue are all peanut free. Please do not bring any peanut or nut products into the venue. THE GROOM IS DEATHLY ALLERGIC!

Are Kids Allowed at the Wedding?

Answer

The only kids that will be at the ceremony are my flower girl & my two ring bearers, no others. At the reception you must at least be 15 years old to attend. This is for the safety of everyone's kiddos, and so all of the adults can have a break to be able to have the best time they can.

Can we Smoke at the Venue?

Answer

NO SMOKING INSIDE PERIOD. However, there are smoking areas on the outside of the reception hall, you may smoke there.

Is the Venue Wheelchair Accessible?

Answer

The reception hall itself has wheelchair ramps that lead right inside.

Can we Bring Outside Food or Drinks?

Answer

The answer is NO. This counts for food, alcohol, and regular beverages.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Our theme is ENCHANTED FOREST (colors are forest green, tree trunk brown, light blue, mushroom red, black, and cream). You guys all have a lot of choices. You could dress in normal wedding attire, or you can dress up. I want to see some elves, fairies, gnomes, mushrooms YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND ME, RIGHT? :)
