Why can’t I RSVP??

Answer

Due to the pandemic me and tanner unfortunately had to make the decision to revisit our guest list in efforts to get married on our chosen date of July 11th, 2020. We hope to celebrate with everyone we originally wanted to in the near future!

Our ceremony/reception will be at 3:30pm to 10 pm at Deep Woods Events 89980 Territorial Road Elmira, OR 97437 United States

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a plus one please just notify Tanner or Angel so we can get a proper head count and seating. Due to the pandemic we are only allowing close friends and family so please notify us first!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are very limited on seating and due to COVID we are asking please leave your little ones at home.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

We will have plenty of parking and people working to help you park!

Are you taking precautions when it comes to COVID!?

Answer

Yes! These are the precautions we will be taking as we get close to the wedding! Precautions: ◦ Temp checks for every guest at the door with contactless thermometer ◦ Bridal party and family get tested and quarantine themselves leading up to wedding ◦ Hand sanitizing stations ◦ Servers wear gloves and masks ◦ Atleast 6 ft of spacing ◦ Older guests on one side of venue younger on another during dinner and ceremony ◦ 1 household/ family per table ◦ If we notice/hear of anyone partying, going to bars, traveling within the next two weeks they either need to get tested right before our wedding or they will not be able to attend ◦ Wrist bands for each guest expressing how comfortable they are. Red wrist band=stay 6ft away please Yellow = I’m comfortable with conversation Green = I am comfortable with hugs and high fives ◦ People not being cautious, don’t feel well, or may have any contact with anyone who does not feel well can’t attend the wedding
