All invitations have been sent. Invited guests were told to reserve either through text or phone call. No additional guests can attend. Non registered guests will unfortunately be denied entry.

Wedding Address: 2368 Cedar Creek Grade, Winchester, VA 22602 Coming from I-66 West: Take exit 1B to merge onto I-81 North bound toward Winchester After 97 miles: Take the exit 310 onto SR-37 North toward Berkley Springs, Romney After 0.3 miles: Turn left onto SR-37 N toward Kernstown, Romney After 3.0 miles: Take the exit onto SR-622 toward Opequon After 0.2 miles: Turn left onto Cedar Creek Grade toward Opequon Turn right after driving 1.9 miles, you'll arrive in Cloverdale Barn.

Please arrive at 2:30 pm. Last call at 2:50 pm. Guests arriving at 3:00 pm will be turned away and will have to wait in the barn.

There will be parking at the venue. Best part? It's free and plenty. Please follow the "Wedding this way" signs or ushers that will help escort your vehicle and your family to the event. Please park your car at the back of the barn, ushers will provide help. The front parking/VIP parking is reserved for the Groom/Bride, immediate family, and guests with handicap tags.

Answer

This venue is accessibility-friendly. Guests using walking canes or wheelchairs have access to both the top and bottom floor of the venue barn and short walk to the ceremony. There will be a blue handy-cap sign on chairs at the ceremony, PLEASE do not sit there as these seats/space are reserved for our guests with needs.

We will be livestreaming our ceremony for guests who are unable to celebrate with us in person. The link will be posted on this website near the wedding date. It is free and you will not need a login! Click on it, sit back and relax.

We'll be providing large fans and ice cold water to combat the heat. We suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses and bring sunscreen so they can comfortably view the proceedings. We also recommend bringing an umbrella just in case it rains!

Early bird huh? Please do not arrive earlier than 2:00 pm. The wedding will still be under-construction at that time. Please arrive between 2:30-3:00pm.

Answer

Yes, it is okay to take photos and videos during the wedding. Please keep in mind that there will be a professional photographer. The photographer has priority in terms of taking pictures and asking people to move out of the way. Please keep in mind that many other people will try to take photos/videos, please try to keep it at a minimal. We will have a photo-sharing app for everyone to take pictures and upload it to a huge gallery!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it and place it at a dedicated gift table. Want to gift a wedding card? A wedding card box will be at our reception. Envelopes/Cards are greatly recommended.

A short break between the ceremony and reception will take place. There will be drinks, snacks, small bites, and lawn games during this time. Feel free to take pictures, play games, and chat with family/friends!

Check out "things to do in Winchester" during your time here! We recommend driving through Shenandoah National Park for sight-seeing. Winchester, especially old-town, has great food and drinks! You might catch an event!

Good question! We have contracted a restroom vendor for this wedding event. There will be an available new and clean porta potty for guests to use. Please clean after yourself. There will be hand-sanitizer stations around as well as a sink. Don't want to use the porta potty? We have a full restroom available at a nearby cottage, roughly a 3 minute walk from the venue.

Thank you for coming! We appreciate your effort in coming to our wedding. There are three major airports in the Washington DC area: Washington Dulles, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and Baltimore-Washington International Airport. The best option for you is flying in Washington Dulles airport. There are many hotels in the Winchester and DMV area. We recommend staying at the: Fairfield by Marriott Courtyard by Marriott Springhill Suites by Marriott Not a Bonvoy member? Try staying at a Hilton or Wyndham hotels! Prices range from $100-200 per night. Need some luxury? Stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Arlington or Tysons Corner JW Marriott Washington DC The St. Regis Washington Autograph Collection The Westin in Reston Le Meridien The Ven Need to stay by the airport? Stay at the Marriott Westfields or Marriott at Dulles Airport.

We ask for you to check the weather app the day before and on the day of the wedding. We expect clear blue skies with some clouds. There is also a chance of rain that day. Bring an umbrella just in case and maybe a pair of clothes if you do get wet.

Nope! If it rains, the show must go on. The ceremony will be moved indoors, on the basement floor of the barn. The reception dinner will continue to take place on the first floor.

Guests are allowed to wear face masks if needed. We will have hand sanitizers around the venue for your health. First aid kits are available. If you are sick, please stay home. We will be live streaming the event for your convenience.

Due to the location of this event, there will be little to no service there. We found out that T-Mobile customers have better service in the Winchester area. There will be no Wi-Fi provided in this event. All internet will only be dedicated to the hired wedding employees, equipment, and immediate family members.

I hope you're hungry! We are too. There will be food provided by our caterers. The hired staff will distribute dinner during our reception dinner.
