Venue Location

Our entire wedding will take place at: Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, 578 Carrall St, Vancouver, BC V6B 5K2, Canada This is also known as the 'Vancouver Chinese Garden' located in downtown Vancouver a ~30 minute drive from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) or ~45 minutes by transit.

Travel Note

Traveling to Canada

Please note that our venue is in Vancouver, Canada. This will be an all day event (from ~12pm-10pm) in a 14,500 square foot traditional Chinese garden so no need to plan to travel between venues. Please check your passport expiry. If your passport expiration date is within 6 months of September 12th, 2026 most countries will not permit international travel in that time frame.

Hotel

Hyatt Regency Vancouver

This is the hotel we'll be staying at! We'll check in on Wednesday September 9th, 2026 and check out Monday September 14th, 2026.

Flight

AJ & Mandy's Flight Itinerary

We will be flying in Wednesday September 9th, 2026 from Newark (EWR) to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Our returning flight will be on Monday September 14th, 2026 from YVR to EWR. This is just our flight itinerary please book whatever is most convenient for you! Our even is all day Saturday so we do suggest flying in/arriving Friday evening or Saturday morning and flying out late Saturday night (after 10pm) or Sunday morning.
