Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the Pointe in Cuscowilla on the beautiful Lake Oconee in Eatonton, GA! There will be a cocktail hour with an open bar and cake following the ceremony. After cocktail hour, the newlyweds and all friends and family that would like to join will be going to Pals Watering Hole, 1.2 miles away from the ceremony site. Due to the later ceremony start time, we recommend that you grab dinner at one of the delicious restaurants that Lake Oconee has to offer before the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 6:30PM. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and receive golf cart transportation to the ceremony site. Enjoy the breathtaking views and lawn games while you await the bride and grooms arrival!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Please consider semi-formal attire, however our guests comfort is most important to us! Please keep in mind that there is uneven terrain to the ceremony site, and you will mostly be walking in grass after the ceremony.

Can I bring a guest or date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults- only event. The only exceptions are the little ones in our bridal party. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you during the ceremony and cocktail hour- get ready to celebrate! For all guests choosing to attend the afterparty at Pals Watering Hole, we kindly ask that you cover your own drinks at the bar. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
