Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Anytime before Sunday, August 18, 2024. The sooner the better! If we do not get your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark your attendance as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely fashion they have given us and they cannot accept late RSVPs. Are kids or Plus one allowed to come?

Answer

We have reserved seats for each individual guest. If their name appears on the invitation then they are invited! Due to space limitations, we will only allow in those listed on the invitation, thank you for understanding! Please RSVP on the “RSVP” page of the website, which will advise you who are all invited from your party.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please honor us by wearing formal attire. Floor-length gown/fancy cocktail dresses and suit and tie are welcomed. Please no jeans, short sleeve polos or flip flops. The wedding will take place outdoors facing the Superstition Mountains! It will also be slightly warm end of September. Our color theme will be citrus inspired in the desert. We’d love if you could join in our wedding theme wearing colors in grapefruit, blood orange, lemon, and tangerine.

Is there parking?

Answer

The venue does have a parking lot and guests are allowed to leave cars overnight, but must pick up by 11:00 am the next morning! Lyft/Uber does drop off/pick up at the wedding venue, but due to the remote area, it takes a lot longer to come. There will be shuttle service going from the hotel blocks in Old town Scottsdale, AZ to the wedding venue and back. We recommend if you're drinking or staying at the hotel blocks to utilize this shuttle service. Please review details on the “TRAVEL” page of the website.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will be providing all the alcoholic (and non-alcoholic!). We’ll also provide a courtesy shuttle from the hotel block to the venue and back. Drink and drive responsibly! Please review details on the “TRAVEL” page of the website.

Do you have hotel blocks?

Answer

We were able to secure a couple courtesy hotel blocks. The Marriott & Hilton each have 15 rooms in their blocks. Both hotels are located in Old Town Scottsdale (and all on the same street!), ~46 mins away from the wedding venue (The Paseo) in Apache Junction. We hope our selection of lodging meets the intent of providing you with so much more to do in the area! Please review details on the “TRAVEL” page of the website.

What is the Charter Bus Schedule?

Answer

There will be 2 buses that will come pick up starting at 3:30 PM at The Monarch, then to the Hilton Garden Inn, and last pick up at Scottsdale Marriott by 3:45 PM. It will take 46 mins from Scottsdale to The Paseo with earliest drop off by 4:30 PM. Guests must be seated for ceremony no later than 4:50 PM. Wedding Day Transportation from Scottsdale to the Paseo Passengers load onto bus at 3:30 PM • Leave for The Paseo at 3:30 PM sharp (1st Monarch, 2nd Hilton Garden Inn, 3rd Scottsdale Marriott) • Arrive at The Paseo earliest 4:30 PM (buses stay at venue) Return from the Paseo 1st Departure at 10:30 PM, directly back to all 3 hotels • Leave The Paseo for (1st Monarch, 2nd Hilton Garden Inn, 3rd Scottsdale Marriott) at 10:30 PM, drop off guests 2nd Departure at 11 PM, stop at AfterParty, then to hotels • Leave The Paseo for the Beverly on Main at 11 PM, drop off guests, (guests find own way home, 3 min Uber ride back to hotels) • Leave The Beverly on Main for (1st Monarch, 2nd Hilton Garden Inn, 3rd Scottsdale Marriott) at 11:45 PM, drop off guests
