Our story began long before we ever imagined it would lead us here. We first met in fourth grade, in our small percussion group at Dater Elementary School. Like many great stories, ours had a slow start. We spent plenty of time together, often picking fun at each other, and never realized those early moments were a foundation for something much bigger. In eighth grade, we officially dated for the first time... a classic case of young, innocent love before we knew much about relationships or what the future had in store. Following this young relationship, was a lasting friendship. Throughout high school, we grew closer, sharing classes, countless memories, prom, and graduation together. When college came around, everything finally clicked. We officially started dating again with a strong bond and so much love. What started as a childhood friendship grew into the love of our lives.
