The Best Western will have shuttles on Friday and Saturday night, however, if you are interested in checking out other accommodations there are plenty (but no blocks reserved.). If you choose to stay elsewhere, you can drive or take an Uber/Lyft/Car-Service to the events. Airport Information
Our wedding will be in the beautiful Catskill Mountains in Upstate NY. The closest airport is the Newburgh Airport (SFW) or Westchester Airport (HPN) and Albany (ALB), but all NYC airports are within train or driving distance to Kingston.
Train
Amtrak and Metro North
The closest Amtrak station is Rhinecliff (15-20 minute drive to Kingston). Ubers are available from Rhinecliff but the cell reception is often not great - pro tip is to schedule a car ahead of time. Car service information is provided in that section. The closest MetroNorth station is Poughkeepsie (35-40 minute drive to Kingston). Ubers and car services are available.

Trailways Bus
Trailways Bus has regular routes between New York Port Authority and Kingston. They are comfy and sometimes have wifi! The Kingston stop is very close to all the hotels and events - uber and lyft are available.
