We're Getting Married!

Angela and Tai first saw each other on 8/20/14 at their school district's Welcome Orientation. Tai approached Angela for the first time on 9/17/14, not knowing that the conversation would change the rest of their lives.

Tai set up a surprise proposal with the help of Angela's family. Tai and his family drove to Southern California on Christmas Eve 2016, while Angela's family was in charge of keeping her busy and out of the house to set up the proposal. When Angela arrived home, she did her normal routine and gave her dog, Miley, a big hug. Little did she know, a ring was tied to Miley's collar and Tai and his family were hiding in the other room as the proposal was unfolding. Tai walked out, got down on one knee, and popped the question. Angela said "YES!"
