We have a hotel block agreement with the Staybridge Suite Denver South-Highlands Ranch by IHC specifically for dates between 8/19/2026 and 8/22/2026. This hotel in conveniently located across the street from the wedding venue.
If booking at this hotel, please ensure that you book before 07/19/2026.
If anyone would like to make reservations outside of the dates of 08/19/26-08/22/26, please call the hotel at 303-347-9901 and ask for Pam, Director of Sales. She will make the reservation for the guest at the group rate up to a 7 day stay.
The second hotel option is The DoubleTree by Hilton located in the Denver Tech Area. This hotel is also blocked for dates 8/19/26-8/22/26. If you need additional dates to stay the discount should apply. If not, please contact the manager of DoubleTree by Hilton to get assistance.
