What is the dress code?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you feel beautiful! Double check the weather, we are in the Central Valley so days can be hot and evenings can get chilly - think layers. The venue is OUTDOORS - think twice about wearing stiletto type heels!

Can I camp at Redwood Ranch?

Answer

Yes! The property is 200 acres and the river is ROARING! It is the best built-in sound machine. Let us know if you are coming from out of town and would like to camp. We will have a tent set up for you!

How do we get to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Great question. Shuttles will be the main option for getting to and from the wedding. Please allow time to get to the venue as our guest list is quite large! We will have music, lunch, and coffee for those who arrive early. You are welcome to hike the land, go for a dip in the river, or just chill if you arrive early. Thank you for planning ahead so we can ensure all our guests arrive timely! We have shuttles to and from Redwood Ranch for our guests. They will run on FRIDAY from 4p-10p, SATURDAY from 11a-3p and again from 8p-11p, and SUNDAY from 9a-1p. Pick up and drop off will be at the Comfort Inn parking lot in Three Rivers. Please let us know and we will help you coordinate. FRIDAY & SUNDAY - If you have 4 or more people in your car please talk to us about parking on site! These events are smaller and there is more space for vehicles at the venue. SATURDAY - If you have not already reserved a parking space you must take the shuttle in. Shuttles leave hourly at 11a, 12p, 1p, and 2p. Ceremony starts at 3:00 so please coordinate in advance. Thanks!

Can I park on site?

At this time all of the parking spots on site have been reserved for SATURDAY. All guests will need to take a shuttle to the venue from Comfort Inn Three Rivers parking lot. Parking is extremely limited on site - thank you for understanding! FRIDAY & SUNDAY - Again, if there are 4 or more people in your vehicle there is likely room for you to park on site! Please get in touch with us to confirm.

Can I play you's some music?

We would be honored! We will have a band set up during lunch as well as for cocktail hour. Bring your instrument!
