The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early.
We will be providing a complimentary shuttle service from the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, CO to our venue and then back after the reception. For additional details on the shuttle service, visit the "Travel and Accommodation" page.

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue; however, we recommend utilizing the shuttle departing from Boulder, CO (address to be finalized soon) and taking guests directly to Planet Bluegrass and back to Boulder, CO.
We are not reserving a formal room block; however, we recommend staying at the Limelight or Moxy hotel in Boulder, CO. Some other great hotels in Boulder, CO are the St. Julien or the Boulderado for a more elevated stay, or the Hilton Garden Inn or Marriot in Boulder, CO are great as well! If you do not want to stay in Boulder, we recommend staying in Longmont, CO, as it is still close to the venue and has great options!
