Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

BBQ Dinner will be served! There will also be an open bar from 5:30PM-10:30PM. Cash tips are greatly appreciated by our bartenders.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with time to be parked and seated no later than 4:45PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is an adults only event. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP for guests invited.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is provided on site. Overnight parking is also welcome, but any cars parked overnight must be removed no later than 9 AM Sunday.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will go back and forth from the Courtyard Woodbury/Saint Paul. Times: Shuttle Pickup at hotel 4:30 PM First Shuttle 10 PM Last Shuttle 11:30 PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-formal dress code. No jeans or shorts, please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited attendance capacity we can only host those formally invited on our invite. If your invite states “plus one” you will see that guest show up on your RSVP. Please RSVP ASAP to aid in finalizing the event details with our vendors.
