Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot next to the building as well as a free municipal parking garage at 95 Symphony Way, Elgin, IL P.S. - We want everyone to get home safely! You can leave your car overnight at the venue if necessary as long as you pick it up the next morning! :)

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Good question! We have changed this from the last round of invites that went out for our small ceremony. We have opted to do digital RSVPs. You can RSVP on this website! Go to the tab "RSVP". Search your name the way it is on your invitation. You will then be directed to a page that allows you to RSVP for yourself and the other individual(s) that are invited with you or your guest. If you have any questions or don't get it, please just call or text me, Ann O'Kane or Kyle to let us know if you will be able to join us or not. If you are able to help those without access to the computers, please do. You would just need to type their name in the search bar the same way as described above! Contact information is listed below

What is the dress code?

We ask that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. i.e. men: suits or dress pants and dress shirt women: cocktail dresses

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request for dinner?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or anything else and our caterer will do their best to accommodate you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Adults-only, please. We love all your kids, but hope you use this as an opportunity to have a night off and celebrate with us!

Will I need to wear a mask?

Answer

We will be following the most recent mandates set in place by the state and the CDC. Illinois lifted the mask mandate for fully vaccinated individuals. If you feel more comfortable with a mask, please wear one! :)

Is there a shuttle provided?

Answer

Yes. As long as at least 20 people book the hotel, there will be shuttle services to and from the reception. So you can enjoy the open bar all night long! Please see the travel tab for the code to use when booking

Is there handicap access?

Answer

Yes! There is a ramp at the front of the building and and elevator to get up and downstairs as needed.

Do we need cash for the bar?

Answer

NOPE! Open bar all night long! Only cash you would need is for tips.

Vaccinated and unvaccinated guests

Answer

We want to make you aware of the current stipulations for hosting events during the current status of the pandemic. We are only limited to 250 people for an event (yay- things are opening up!!) Our venue is required by Illinois to provide a contact tracing list to IDPH investigators upon request. So, in order to comply they have asked us to provide a list of all guests and their vaccination status. Please call, text, email to let us know so we can provide this information. If you are worried about sharing this information, please know that it will stay only with me and the venue. In addition, vaccinated guests are allowed to dance without a mask and without social distancing. Those who are unvaccinated can still dance, however, are required to wear a face mask as well as social distance.
