We stuck together throughout high school and ended up living together in college, where we formed a deeper bond that nurtured our mutual goal of self growth, and freely offered full acceptance of one another. From navigating the chaos of life together to celebrating life’s big milestones, we have been a constant source of loyalty, love, and shenanigans for each other. I am so honored to stand by her side as she says “I do” (probably while weeping).

Relationship to the couple: Groom's best friend Hey everyone, I’m Derek Drews, Jon’s best man. Jon and I have been best friends since our first days of college and we have made some unforgettable memories along the way. From adventures in Hawaii, to deep talks on the balcony smoking plenty of cigars. I’m so excited to stand next to Jon on this momentous day. A couple things about me is that I am a huge Dodgers fan, and I love mixing a good cocktail! Cheers to the happy couple!

Relationship to the couple: womb-to-tomber of the bride For those who don’t know me, I’m Talia, one of Angie’s best friends from Connecticut! We met when we were a mere two years old, so 22 years (and counting) ago! She is more my sister than my friend, and I am so honored to have been by her side, and have had her by my side through all of the seasons and stages of life.  I can’t wait to be with her on her big day, and here’s to decades more of being each other’s chosen family! Relationship to the Couple: Cousin of Groom Jonathan and I have known each other as far as my mind can see. We have been cousins, but also friends. Our relationship is one of voluntary fellowship, not merely a bond forged by familial obligation. I would venture to say that we are among the top ten percent of Super Mario Sunshine players, not necessarily successful ones, but in terms of hours played, we undoubtedly give the biggest nerd out there a run for his money. As for Angie, I don’t have a profound knowledge of her, but I shall in due time, for it appears that she is going to be forced into my life for the rest of time. But, that being said, behind that mane of curly hair, she’s actually (not that bad).

Relationship to the couple: Bride’s high school bestie! Hi all!! For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Izzy. Angie and I go way back to high school, which is where we met and became best friends throughout our years at Canton. We immediately bonded over our love for musical theater and singing while participating in the school plays with one another. From there on out we hit it off! We’ve been through so much together and continued our long distance friendship, always picking up right where we left off. Whenever we see each other or chat on the phone, it’s as if no time has passed. I am honored to be able to stand by Angie’s side on her special day. I’m known for being quite outgoing, so I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone! I’m so happy to be a part of celebrating this amazing couple!

For those I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, I’m Kassi—Jonathan’s big sister, lifelong best friend, and now, proud sister-in-law-to-be to the incredible Angie. I’ve known Jonathan his whole life (perk of being the older sibling), and watching him grow into the man he is today has been one of the greatest joys of mine. When I met Angie at their college graduation party two years ago, I knew right away—this girl was something special. We hit it off instantly, and she’s felt like a sister to me ever since. I’m also the mom of the world’s cutest ring bearer and flower boy (biased? Maybe. Right? Definitely). I’m the friend who will absolutely corner you about your current read and then give you 12 new book recommendations you didn’t ask for—but you’re welcome in advance. Hello everyone, I am Matt, the brother-in-law of the groom, Jon. I have had the honor of knowing Jon for almost a decade and because of this I have also had the privilege of knowing him in his younger—let’s say less polished— years. I was there to help him learn many things such as how to drive and talk to girls. In the end, he has conquered both tasks, evidenced by the fact that he has managed to lock down a beautiful wife-to-be and hasn't gotten into too many fender benders along the way. I’m known to be the guy you can share a late-night cigar with—and will still show up for a 10K the next morning if you ask. I live for challenges, whether physical or mental, and I believe the best ones are tackled with good friends by your side.Jon is one of those friends. Always will be.
