We’re getting married!

We first met in 2012 at Busch Gardens during a private event where both of our dads were working for the same company. We happened to pass each other in line for a ride when John decided to ask for Angela’s phone number. Surprised and happy, she said yes! They exchanged numbers but never ended up meeting again — just a few “hi” and “how are you?” texts over the next seven years. Fast forward to 2017— they reconnected, and this time they never stopped talking. A hurricane hit Florida while they were catching up, and they continued checking in on each other throughout the storm. (Their phones were definitely dying faster than usual from all the texting!) Once the storm passed, they decided to finally have their first date. They went to an arcade, played games all night, and then headed to the Tampa Riverwalk, where they sat on a bench and talked for hours. Neither wanted the night to end, so they made one last stop at IHOP before saying goodbye — though it turns out, it wasn’t really goodbye at all. Eight years later, here they are! They’ve shared so many memories and adventures together, and now they’re ready to start this next chapter — marriage. John and Angela can’t wait to celebrate this special day with all of you.
