It was Wednesday, December 7, 2011, also known as First Wednesday’s at a local Ferndale, MI Irish Pub called Rosie O’Gradys. When my friend Justin asked me to go to First Wednesday’s I was hesitant, after all it was a “school night” and I had to get up early for work the next day. It didn’t take long for him to talk me into going, after all I was new to the Ferndale area and he was meeting his newly single, cute, fun friend, Jody there so I decided to tag along. From the moment Justin introduced us I completely forgot about anyone else in the room and spent the night talking her ear off. The next day she sent me a text asking me out on a date and of course I said yes! We’ve been inseparable ever since.
