Our love story begins, oddly at a place where the smell of plane fuel, inconsistent schedules and rude passengers are common. I know everyone is wondering who made the first move, yup hard to believe but Jason started it all with a click of a gif. We started out as friends, but eventually realizing we click so well, next thing we know our life has blended so effortlessly. At that time I knew I wanted to spend every waking second with Jason as we spoke from sunrise to sunset and sometimes we'd talk onto the next day. We all know he is a man of few words! But eventually all that changed and we ended up traveling the world and I wouldn't change that for anything. Believe ANNA from Frozen when she says "we finish each others sandwiches", that kind of love is the best kind.
2021 Has been full of surprises and change for the both of us. From moving 287 miles, to covid closing things, starting school and a start of a new career, we have had a lot to deal with. But the evening of August 23rd had been a very stressful day, so as I was getting ready to leave for work, not in the greatest of moods, Jason said "something is missing from your outfit". I was caught off guard, so I stared at him as he went down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The weight of stress was lifted of my shoulders, for a while I forgot what it felt like to be stressed. I remember being at work and just letting it sink in "we are getting married".
After we say our I do's, we plan on continuing to travel the world, learning new cultures, experiencing life in other countries. We will continue to explore the littlest things in life; Jason will continue to fly planes, and I will continue to work in the airline industry. We are simple, and easy going, we will continue to share the memories of all our travels and adventures to come, with family and friends so continue to stay tuned.
