Question

I'm in and ready to book! How can I Officially RSVP

Answer

You can officially RSVP by booking your reservation on our Travel Agents Website. We are working with a fantastic team who has created a website to help make booking a breeze. Simply go to the travel tab and you will find the link there. We cant wait to see you on the beach! Please also go to the RSVP tab on our website and rsvp there as well. There you will be able to choose your meal preferences

Do I Need to select transportation when booking my reservation?

Answer

Yes, there is an option to add transportation when booking your reservation. This needs to be added at the time of booking!!! When selecting transportation you will be given several options, the non-stop public transport (cheapest option) is non-stop but you will be sharing the ride with anyone else who has the same arrival time, going to the resort. The second option is the private transfer which can hold up to 7 guests and their luggage. At the time of booking only 1 person needs to book the transportation, all other reservations can select no transportation. If you are wanting to book this option everyone must be on the same itinerary ( same dates and flights ) Email the travel agent after booking the names of the other guests that will be using this transportation (this part is important) There is also private luxury option and Limos if you wish to arrive in style. The same applies when sharing rides with your group.

How do I know how many rooms are reserved for me and my family?

Answer

There is 1 room reserved per invitation. Any families with children over 18 will have the option to reserve an additional room or request a room that allows 3 people capacity. Please reach out to Angela for more details and information

Can I book a room with more than 2 people?

Answer

The rooms we have blocked are all 2 people max capacity, however there are room types available at the resort for a 3 person capacity. If this is something you wish to book, when booking your reservation you will need to select the "unlisted" room for a room that allows 3 guests. The room types for this option would be the Junior suite, Premium Ocean view Junior suite on the palms side or the ocean front swim up suite on seaside side. Once you submit a request our TA will work with the resort on finding the room availability. If the room is available we will be able to add it to our block.

Are flights included or do they need to be booked separately?

Answer

Flights are not included. The Pricing listed when booking your reservation is for the resort stay only, our TA does not book flights. Everyone is responsible for booking their own flight.

Question

What if i see/ want a room shown on the hotel website that is not listed when booking my reservation, can I book that instead?

Answer

Yes, you can request to book any room of your choice. All other rooms not in our room block are subject to availability. When booking your reservation on the TA website, choose the "unlisted" category and list which room you are wanting. Our TA will contact the resort for availability. If the room is available, it will be added to our room block!

Is the resort kid friendly?

Answer

The resort is 18+. As much as we would love for your little ones to be apart of our special day, we have made the decision to make this trip an adult only event.

How long can we stay?

Answer

We have a room block from 12/4 - 12/10, there is a 4 night minimum. Outside of that you can choose to stay for as long or as little as you'd like!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party we are asking all guests to dress in whites/creams. For the wedding ceremony & reception we ask to dress in beach formal attire. We are kindly asking to not wear shorts on wedding day. The resort itself does not have a dress code- shoes, shirt & pants must be worn in all restaurants

Answer

We understand that a destination wedding is a huge commitment! Our sincerest wish, if you're able to attend, is that you simply come and enjoy yourself. Your presence is the best gift we could ever ask for! We can't wait to share this amazing time with each and every one of you. That being said, we do have one set up on the REGISTRY tab for anyone wanting to contribute.
