Is there a dress code or a theme?

Our colors are green and gold, with a bohemian theme… It is a a semi-formal event but you can come as formal as you like!

Will there be seats?  

Answer

Outdoor ceremony. Seating is limited with some seats reserved for family. The rest are on a first come basis. Standing room mostly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation; if a guest is included, it will state "+1” or “guest” Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included or your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

It is advised that you arrive early to consider parking and limited seating. Some seats are reserved for family. You are welcome to stand and view around the chairs and above the cove. Please do not block the aisle where the processional and recessional will occur. The ceremony will begin at 5:00PM.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive to the reception beginning at 6:30 PM. The bride and groom will arrive at 7 PM.

Is there a specific seating arrangement?

Answer

No, there will not be a seating chart or any specific seating arrangements. There will be reserved tables for the wedding party and immediate family.

Yes, please refer to your invitation for reception details.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Ceremony - Yes, there is public parking available - both metered street and garage parking walking distance from the wedding spot. Reception - Yea, there is ample parking available.

Is there a cash bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cash bar available. Prices below. Water, Iced Tea and Lemonade include with meal. Soda $1 Beer/Wine $6

Answer

We are truly grateful for your thoughtfulness and support. In lieu of traditional gifts, we'd appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon, as it would help us create lasting memories together. Please see our registry page on our website to contribute.

Yes, cash gifts are welcome.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, photos can be taken during both the ceremony and reception. Please be aware of our professional photographers. We will have hashtag posted at the reception, and the tables will also have a QR code to scan and upload all your photos from the event. Please share your photos with us! #GaredAndAngelaSayIDo

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the ceremony property has grass and dirt terrain.

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our ceremony and reception, if you have received a virtual invitation, please be aware that you are invited to join our celebration virtually. We apologize for any confusion.

I am on ZOOM but it says “waiting for host to start the meeting”. Am I in the right place?

Answer

If you clicked on the link sent to you and the ceremony hasn’t started yet, then you will receive this message. Once the processional begins the ZOOM meeting will start.
