FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Arizona in March is beautiful, but has the potential to be chilly so we recommend long dresses for ladies and jackets for men. We don't have a strict dress code but prefer garden attire to semi-formal. Wear what you feel good in! Please avoid all shades of white as that color is reserved for the bride. In terms of footwear, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, and the reception area has cobblestone. We don't recommend wearing thin heels!

Question

Is the ceremony/ reception outdoor or indoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be outdoor with a plan to move indoors in the event of adverse weather.

Question

What time should I arrive and what time should I leave?

Answer

Please plan to get to the venue by 4:45pm to give yourself time to be seated, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm! The event will conclude at 10pm, with the bride and groom leaving the venue at that time!

Question

Where will I sit during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will offer open seating with exception for a few reserved seats. The reception will have a seating chart which will be posted after cocktail hour.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all the little ones in our lives, we've opted for an adults-only affair. We hope you understand our decision, and can take the weekend to unwind and enjoy the celebration!

Question

What is the rule on taking photos?

Answer

While we appreciate your enthusiasm to photograph the moment, the ceremony will be phone-free. This can ensure everyone is present in the nuptials and our photographer doesn't encounter obstacles while working. But everything before or after is fair game!

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

The first thing we budgeted for in our wedding planning was the open bar! We trust you all to police yourselves and not go overboard, but have a good time!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation should indicate if we have allotted for a plus one with you. If you don't see it on your invitation, we may not have been able to accommodate it. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out!

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! #ForBeckerOrWorse2025 - please tag us in your posts or stories, we can't wait to see everyone's photos!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are very excited for our wedding and are looking forward to having you join us for this special day. Your presence is truly gift enough and we can't wait to see you! If you would still like to give something, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated! Our Honeyfund link can be found on our "How to Give" page, along with our MyRegistry link for those who prefer physical gifts!
