Flight
Monterey Regional Airport is definitely the easiest and closest airport to fly into and is only a short car ride from all hotels and wedding events. Other options include 1.) San Francisco International Airport, which may have more flight options, but is about a 2 hour car ride away (but please consider traffic); 2.) San Jose International Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes car ride to Carmel-By-The-Sea.
Rental Car
Rental car companies can be searched through Monterey Regional Airport, or any other airport you fly into. Ride-sharing via Uber/Lyft is available in the area if you prefer.
Hotel
This is the hotel where we will be staying for most of our trip. It is walkable from the reception and the sights of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The other inns and small hotels in the area such as Hofsas House and Fireplace Inn also have our recommendation. We would recommend staying in any of the downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea hotels to enjoy the walkability! Larger chain hotels are available in Monterey and Seaside, but will require some fighting with traffic. There are no room blocks due to the small nature of most of the hotels. Please book early in light of the holiday weekend.

The Hotel Del Monte is a historic Pebble Beach Resort which now makes up the campus of the Naval Postgraduate School. Visiting Officer's Quarters on station are in the original hotel rooms.
