A fabulous place for a Sunday stroll through beautiful Central New Jersey nature.
Sourland Mountain Preserve
We have taken many hikes here, from 1.4 to 5.7 miles in length, depending upon the trail you choose. Some are much more strenuous than others. There is also a nice pond near the parking area for those just seeking a nice place to reflect.
Point Pleasant Beach
Some of our family will be staying here. A nice boardwalk to visit.
Asbury Park Boardwalk
Fun boardwalk and beach, good restaurants, and nice shops to visit.
McLoone's Pier House
Restaurant on the beach with a nice ocean view.
Peddler's Village
For those interested in a bit of shopping in some quaint shops.
