My friend and coworker mentioned that she had an office lunch with Chase, and she thought he was nice, which is when I noticed myself noticing him more. One day I found some gumption and randomly messaged him on our in-office Skype to invite him to dinner with us that evening. We exchanged numbers to coordinate plans, he joined us, and we ended up staying out until 2 a.m. (we were much younger then). The next morning he texted to thank me for the invite - and the rest is history. Over time, we slowly became friends, texting all the time, Skyping at work, hanging out, and watching movies. Eventually, we realized this was, um, definitely more than friendship, and here we are. Since that realization in October of 2020, we've lived one hundred lives. We bought a house, we moved from Downtown Dallas to the country, we've been to Formula 1 races and Taylor Swift concerts, we've traveled from coast to coast, and so much more. Oh, and he proposed on a private catamaran in front of the arch in Cabo with the most beautiful custom ring anyone has ever seen. We've traveled to Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Miami, New York, Chicago, Shreveport, Cabo San Lucas, and all over Texas. We love the life we've built and can't wait for our special day in New York. Neither of us wanted a big wedding, but I knew we needed something unique and meaningful. We landed on Central Park in the spring because how much more special could it get? Thank you all for sharing in our excitement for this exciting time!
If you know me (Angela), you know Juniper Breeze. She's a six-year-old goldendoodle and the absolute light of my life. Fortunately, Chase and Juni fell in love much faster than Chase and I did. Chase's one true love is Daisy, a six-year-old husky mix who loves me and tolerates Juni. And then there's Luke. Our sweet, rambunctious boy who can't contain his love and excitement for literally everything and everyone. Luke and I have a bond that I can't quite explain, but I do know that life would be pretty boring without him. The dogs all got along pretty well when we first introduced them, and we're so happy with the little pack they've become. We bought them a house, Chase built them a fence, and they're all so happy to play, nap, and argue over food together.
