As soon as you can! Estes Park is a small town with limited hotel options and will have a lot of tourism and weddings in September so hotels will book fast.
Both will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly.
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirts, suit or sport coats, dress pants. Ties are optional. Long sleeves or jackets are recommended since the ceremony and reception are both outdoors. The terrain at the venue is not suited for stilettos or high heels. Flats, sandals, boots, or shorter chunk/block heels are recommended.

There is plenty of parking available for those that want to drive. A trolley will be available to shuttle guests to and from the wedding at set times but can only accommodate a portion of our guests. More info on the trolley will can be found in the "Schedule" section of the website. Because of the remote location, there isn't cell service at the venue, so you won't be able to use Uber or Lyft.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site at the venue.
There will be an open bar serving soda, beer, seltzers, wine, and mixed drinks.
