Question

What time may we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm - you may begin to arrive starting at 4:30pm

Question

I can't make the ceremony - What time does the reception start?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins directly after the ceremony at 5:30pm. Introductions and dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

Question

How can we get from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to and from the ceremony starting at the hotel. First shuttle to depart will be 4:00pm from Hampton Inn & Suites to North Island Center Meyer Ballroom. Shuttles will then be available again after the reception starting at 10:30pm and 11:30pm from North Island Center Meyer Ballroom to Hampton Inn & Suites.

Where can we stay after the wedding?

Answer

Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Aurora has provided a code for guests to use to stay overnight here. Unfortunately, there is no hotel block. To reserve a room, please see our "Accommodations" tab on this website. A code should populate to give a discounted rate.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

We are hopeful the complimentary valet parking will open up again before the wedding - Our venue has let us know they are trying to put a new valet in place beginning August 20th. I am hopeful for more information very soon.

Do I have to wear a mask at the wedding?

Answer

Currently, our venue is recommending masks inside the building. If anything changes, we will post updates on our website.
