We’re getting married!

What many of you may not know is that, we met two years prior to getting in a relationship! We worked for the same company: Antwon at the corporate office where he did IT and Angela in the Atlanta office as a Regional Manager. After months and months of flirting whenever we would see each other and making plans but not sticking to them, something changed in October 2015. Antwon asked Angela if she wanted to get together...but something about this time was different. Angela had an overwhelming feeling come over her. She felt as though God was telling her that this time would be worth it and to truly give her heart the opportunity to be happy. On October 31st, we went to Buckhead and had the most magical night. We danced and laughed the night away. We both fell in love on that very night and we have been inseparable ever since... 3 years, 9 passport stamps, and a lot of love later, we are getting married!

While on a magical, life-changing vacation to Italy, we walked along the Ponte Vecchio---the most famous bridge in Florence. Taking in the beauty of the Arno River as it sparkled from the city lights around it, we knew this night would be one to remember. In the center of the bridge, there is a beautiful statue that couples symbolically hook 'love locks' onto. Coincidentally enough, we were able to find one of our luggage locks in our bag so we eagerly placed our love lock on the bridge. As we took in this romantic moment, Antwon dropped to one knee and asked Angela to be his wife. Angela replied with an enthusiastic "HELL YES!" This moment was the perfect culmination of three years full of so much love and joy. We are so excited to begin this chapter of our lives as Husband and Wife and to be able to share it with you!
