The best gift we could ask for is your company during our special day. However, should you wish to celebrate with a gift, we will have a wishing well available on the night. If presents are more your thing, we don't have a gift registry but are always happy to receive our loved ones thoughtful gifts. Thank-you for thinking of us during our happiest day.

This one word can be heard at every single Russian wedding. It means bitter and guests chant this at the reception to implore the new couple to kiss earnestly and therefore bring sweetness to their marriage.
