Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely!! We will also have a bounce house with a water slide built in. So please bring clothes they can get wet/dirty in for them. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask that parents supervise their children throughout the event, especially around the bounce house, water slide, and play areas. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!

To make the reception enjoyable for guests of all ages, we’ll have a special children’s seating area located near the playground and water slide activities. This gives the kids easy access to the fun while parents enjoy the celebration nearby.

What food will we serve?

We’re going to have a taco bar with 3 kinds of meats, rice, beans and agua frescas. We will also have a grazing table and cake 🎂

Answer

As we’re having the reception in our wonderful friend’s backyard parking may seem limited. Please park along the empty spaces in the neighborhood but don’t block anyone’s drive way. Please be respectful of those who live in the neighborhood.

Answer

This event is outdoors, so we recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, or a light jacket for the evening. We will have a tent and air conditioning for the tent but please be mindful that it’s Bakersfield and may be hot during the day but colder in the evening.
