For our out of state friends and family:
The closest airport is 45 minutes away in San Jose (SJC). You can get an Uber or Lyft from SJC for $60-80 during regular daytime hours. The next closest is San Francisco (SFO) which is about an hour and a half drive.
For Everyone:
All wedding festivities will be on the west side of Santa Cruz. This is an area that is very walkable and it's always easy to find an Uber or Lyft ride in a few minutes.
We have blocked a small number of hotel rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites (2956 Mission Street, Santa Cruz, 95060) which is 1.3 miles away from the venue. These rooms are available for $250/night and there are plenty of other hotels in town to try. Hampton Inn Santa Cruz West is another good option.
Hotels are comparable to the cost of an Airbnb or VRBO, and vacation rentals will likely be the cheaper option if you find a spot with another couple or friends.
