When should I RSVP by?

January 1st 2027 would be preferred so we can arrange catering and everything

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 3:30pm, please arrive 15-20 mins earlier

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, see our acomodations page. We recommend the Best Western Plus in Lacombe or the Michener Camp Site, as thats where our shuttle will be dropping off.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue. Both ceremony and reception are at the same location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one Shuttle from the Best Western Plus in Lacombe to the ceremony leaving at 3PM. Shuttles will be provided after the reception back to the hotels in Lacombe. There will be return shuttles at 11:00pm, 12:00am, and 1:15am

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes kids are welcome. Please let us know if we did not include them in your invite. Be aware that after 9pm the party will be going and the DJ will not be playing clean songs.
