Question

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

All guests are asked to RSVP to the wedding events using the link provided on the invitation. If you need help with this process, please reach out!

Question

How will I know where to go?

Answer

The best part about Stratton Village is once you park your car, you are set for the weekend! All Stratton venues are within walking distance of one another. Please utilize the map that has been provided to you by the Bride and Groom to learn your way around the Stratton Property! If you need any more help please feel free to reach out, or stop at the information center located at the entrance of the Village.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests may arrive at the chapel up to 15 minutes early to get settled before the proceedings.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Everything around and within the Stratton Village is within walking distance. No farther than 5 minutes! If guests prefer transportation or need a ride anywhere, feel free to utilize the shuttle that will be looping through the Stratton Village Property.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All portions of the wedding will take place indoors. Each of the venues do have outdoor spaces available for the guests to take advantage of so please bring a sweater or jacket if you would like! In addition, all of the venue locations throughout the weekend are within walking distance of one another, so guests can feel free to walk. If you prefer to get a ride, there will be a shuttle looping through the property throughout the night.

Question

What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom if you have any questions about the wedding weekend. This can include directions, RSVPing, lodging/hotel accommodations, dress requirements, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Stratton Vermont, especially the Stratton Village is dog friendly! You will have to check the guidelines at your specific accommodations to see if your pet can stay overnight. If not, Wagmore Kennels is located 5 minutes down the road in Winhall Vermont. This is a great option if you would like your pet to join in on any recreational activities during the day such as hiking, biking, etc. but need to leave them for an overnight stay.

For all the days along the way
