YOU HAVE BEEN SUMMONED Lurking in the heart of Glenwood Springs, the Hotel Colorado will host our spectral celebration. We've reserved a block of rooms for our favorite souls (that’s you), but there are plenty of nearby haunts if you prefer other final resting places. The hotel is pet friendly, so your furry familiars are welcome to enjoy a quiet, ghost-free retreat of their own. For those traveling from distant realms: Grand Junction (GJT) and Denver (DIA) are the closest airports. Once you've landed, summon a rental car or glide in via Amtrak. If your arrival aligns with fellow guests, consider carpooling. Nothing bonds a coven like a shared ride through the Rockies. A word to the wise: traveling the day of might make even the calmest witch twitchy. If possible, arrive Thursday evening to rest your bones. Whether you soar in by plane, roll in by rail, or ride in on broomstick, we can't wait to welcome you!

All festivities will be held at the historic Hotel Colorado. Since opening its doors in 1893, this grand landmark has hosted the likes of Presidents Theodore Roosevelt and William Taft, the “Unsinkable” Molly Brown, and even notorious gangsters like Al Capone and Diamond Jack Alterie during its Roaring Twenties heyday. During World War II, it even served as a naval hospital. It's been said that not all the patients have left... The hotel’s haunted reputation is well-earned. Guests and staff have reported flickering lights, phantom footsteps, perfume lingering where no one’s been, and elevators moving on their own. A spirit in housekeeping has been known to unpack suitcases upon guests’ arrival. The scent of cigar smoke sometimes curls through the lobby, perhaps from Walter Devereaux himself, the hotel’s original owner. A ghostly woman is said to watch over sleeping men in room #661. And another room, once the site of a tragic love triangle and murder, is reported to be so active it was sealed off for good. Join us where history lingers and some of the hotel’s ghostly residents just might RSVP “yes.”
