It was a dark and stormy night (not really) when I got a text from a mutual friend. Long story short, it went a little something like this: “Did you ask Eric how he feels about getting set up?” “Yeah, he’s sitting right next to me in the car. And he thinks you’re cute. So yay or nay?” We’d like to thank our persistent friend. If not for her, Eric & I wouldn’t have come together. After messaging one another for about a week, we met up for our first date. From the moment we started talking, everything felt so natural. I could tell right away that I could talk to Eric about anything. Fast forward to our two-year anniversary: Eric proposed to me at the Black Sands Beach in Sausalito. It was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more loving, supportive partner.
