What is the date, time, and location?

Answer

Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025 Ceremony: 2:00 pm at Santa Clara Catholic Church in Oxnard Cocktail Hour: 5:00 pm & Reception: 6:00 pm at Sterling Hills by Wedgewood Weddings Please see the “Schedule” page for directions.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony? What happens if I’m running late?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 1:45 pm to ensure you’re seated on time. We kindly ask that you do not be late, but if it happens, we ask that you enter the church quietly and use the side aisles to avoid walking down the center aisle. Thank you for being respectful of the ceremony!

What is the best way to RSVP and by when? What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

Please RSVP on the RSVP page by June 12, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will not be able to accommodate you. We’d love to celebrate with you, so please let us know as soon as possible.

What happens if I can’t attend?

Answer

While we are sad you cannot make it, please kindly decline the RSVP so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP page. Kindly, no guest substitutes. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements for child care and join us for a night of laughter, love, and celebration with adults only at both the ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code? What is Formal, Black Tie Optional?

Answer

Formal, Black Tie Optional We’d love for our guests to dress their best to celebrate with us! Tuxedos or dark suits for men and floor-length gowns, elegant midi dresses, or sophisticated cocktail attire for women are perfect. While black tie is encouraged, a formal suit or dress will be just as wonderful. Think classic, chic, and ready to dance the night away! For color guidance, we encourage you to refer to the wedding colors provided in your invitation and on the RSVP page. If you're unsure, classic black is always a timeless choice!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. Our ceremony will be held in a church, and we want to remain respectful. We’ve hired a wonderful photo and video team to capture all the special moments.

Yes, parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations.
