Shuttles will be available to take guests to the venue on the wedding day. They will depart from the Holiday Inn St. Albert at 3:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. Return shuttles from the venue to the hotel will depart at 9:30pm, 11:00pm, and 12:30am. Ubers are available to take you to the venue prior to the ceremony, however, they do not go to the venue at night. Please consider this when planning your travel.

We have booked a hotel block for any guests wishing to stay close to the venue. Please click the link labelled “view” below to go to our booking page where you will receive the discounted rate. **Booking cutoff date is July 13, 2026.** This is also where our shuttle service will be picking up and dropping off guests.
