Here it is very similar to Quincy Market in Boston - lots of different restaurants with various cuisines all under one roof! A great place to go if you're grabbing food with a group of people and everyone wants something different. 
Andrea's favorite restaurant here is Hartford Poke, Derek's favorite is Foul Play!
