There are many hotels within this area off of Route 7. However, we chose the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites, primarily due to the guaranteed 3:00pm check-in. This will give our guests enough time to check-in and get ready before the shuttles depart at 4:45 pm. The Hilton Garden Inn is brand new and has a restaurant onsite. The Homewood Suites are a little outdated but accommodate folks looking for larger accommodations and a kitchen. These two hotels share the same entrance and are right next to each other. *If you decide to book at an alternate hotel nearby, that is totally fine! Keep in mind the buses are only departing from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites.* For guests who are flying in for the occasion, the BWI airport is 40 minutes south and the PHL airport is an hour north of Bel Air, Maryland.

For folks staying at the hotels above, we have arranged transportation to and from the venue so that our guests can enjoy themselves! There will be one bus at the Hilton Garden Inn and another bus for the Homewood Suites. Buses will leave promptly at 4:45 pm! After initial drop-off, the buses will remain at the venue and guests may leave at any time and utilize the buses provided to take you back to the hotel! We strongly recommend guests use the provided transportation, but if you’d rather drive to the venue, there is a large parking lot. Guests are allowed to leave their car overnight, but you must pick your car up by 8 am the next morning. Uber is also available in the area!
