When should I plan to book my flight?

Answer

When looking for flights to Kazakhstan, please prioritize dates between May 19 and May 31. That’s plenty of time for jet lag to wear off before the wedding. If you come across flights outside of these dates, just let us know!

Is it safe in Kazakhstan?

Answer

Yes, it is very safe for you to explore the city on your own. However, be cautious when taking a taxi, as you might end up paying more than the usual rate. That’s the only thing to watch out for. GUNS ARE ILLEGAL.

What’s the best way to book accommodation?

Answer

We can assist you in booking an apartment in a good neighborhood without airbnb fees. If you are open to sharing an apartment, let me know, and we can assist in finding accommodations for the group.

What’s the weather going to be like?

Answer

The weather can be quite unpredictable as the city is located in the mountains. Typically, the weather in Almaty at the end of May ranges from +15°C to +20°C during the day and +12°C to +15°C at night. Hopefully, we won’t experience much rain.
