How do I book my Stay?
Answer
Visit our booking website, https://www.shaadidestinations.com/prianka-and-andy, which will guide you through the booking process. You are responsible to book your flights separately. Please book your rooms by October 1st, 2022 in order to secure the best discounted rate. Our discounted rate is applicable from February 7-14 so you are also able to come early or extend your trip with the discounted rate for vacation, if you’d like. What is the best airport to fly into? How far is the resort and how will I travel from the airport?
Answer
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to travel into, as it is the closest to the wedding venue and it's approximately 45 minutes away. Following your booking, you will be given a link to a website where you can coordinate your airport transfers directly with the preferred transfer company.

What should I wear? Where can I get Indian clothes?
Answer
Attire information will also be on the Schedule page for easy accessibility. Most options for browsing Indian clothes are online, but please remember that some of the items do take time, so carefully monitor whether it states ‘ready-to-ship’ or customized. Planning ahead is advisable. There is no pressure nor requirement to wear Indian clothes if you do not want, as we understand this is an investment and can be a difficult process for the first time. If you do choose to, you are more than welcome, and we are happy to help with any questions along the way to help you find your perfect outfit! When should I get there?

Our first event is the Sangeet on Thursday evening. We encourage guests to arrive early afternoon to attend the kick off traditional Indian wedding event which promises dancing, food, music and more dancing! We do understand, though, based on flight schedules, coordination could be difficult, so please do what accommodates your schedule best. It is important to note that there is a 3-night minimum stay in order to receive your discounted rate. Our discounted rate is applicable from February 7-14 so you are also able to come early or extend your trip with the discounted rate for vacation, if you’d like.

Can I just stay for 2 nights?

Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3-night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact our Travel Agents at support@shaadidestinations.com so they can find the best rates possible for your stay. There is also a chat function available on our booking website for quick access to email Shaadi Destinations any questions or concerns you may have.
Question
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Answer
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, and UK Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. If you are from India and you have a valid US Visa, that will permit entry into Mexico. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico. Please verify requirements before travel and please update your passports expirations well in advance

Can you tell more about the resort? What is included in ‘all-inclusive’?
Answer
The distance between the Adults only (TRS) and Grand Palladium section of the resort is approximately a 12-minute walk or a 5-minute ride by golf cart/boats running through the river onsite All-inclusive means you can eat, drink, and more all included with your room rate. The resort will include access for free to: meals and bites, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from their selection of domestic and international premium brands at all restaurants and bars on-site, minibar with water, beer, & soft drinks, access daytime and nightly activity programs, and access to the amenities on site (pools, beach, fitness center etc.).
