Food Truck Fridays at Riverside Park

Every Friday during the summer, Riverside Park hosts “Food Truck Fridays”, a fun outdoor event with around 20 food trucks and other entertainment. In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we invite all guests to join the family for a laid-back gathering at this event. We have reserved “The Island Shelter”, a covered pavilion with picnic tables a short walk from the event action, from 4-8 pm. The food truck event runs from 5-9pm. We do have a beer and wine license for the pavilion area, so feel free to BYOB.

Ceremony and Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail/Semi-Formal

The ceremony is located well within the gardens- there will be trams available to take you from the entrance to the ceremony site. Please arrive by 5:30pm to catch the tram in time for the 6pm ceremony. We recommend arriving early if you’ve never seen the sculpture gardens, and enjoy the grounds on foot before the ceremony. After the ceremony, the sculpture gardens will be closed for the remainder of the event. Following the ceremony, guests will head back to the main facility for drinks and appetizers. For those curious- beer and wine will be available, as well as several non-alcoholic beverage options. Dinner is scheduled for 7:30pm, with live music and dancing for the remainder of the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
