Aer Lingus
For family and friends coming from Cleveland, Aer Lingus is the only airline that flies direct to Dublin. We recommend getting this direct flight, then either taking a connecting flight on to Belfast, or taking the train from Dublin to Belfast, which is about a three-hour journey. For specific information on what travel arrangements we have made for ourselves, please check back as we get closer to the wedding date.

For those who find themselves in Belfast by Tuesday, September 15th, we will be organising a shuttle to take our group to Newcastle! Despite the similar name, this is a separate hotel from our venue! However, it is just as beautiful and is located on Main Street, just a few minutes walk from Slieve Donard Hotel. For those wanting to stay in the heart of the town without needing to worry about transportation, this is a great option!

This hotel is apartment-style, complete with a living room and kitchen. For those who prefer to cook for themselves or are staying an extra few days and like their space, this is a great option! It’s right in the heart of Newcastle and is just a few minute walk from Slieve Donard. We actually stayed here when touring Slieve Donard for the first time, so this hotel is bride and groom approved!
