Cocktail attire. Both the ceremony & reception will be outdoors, so keep an eye on the weather to make sure you feel comfortable! Events will happen rain or shine - if the former, don't worry, we'll be under a tent.
Best Western Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites We encourage guests who have not yet arranged lodging to book at the Best Western Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites. Shuttle service to/from Hitchcock House will be provided from this location (more information below in "Parking & Transportation") Inn At Shaker Mills Falls - *Fully Booked For those of you who have booked a room at Shaker Mills, a reminder that the owner Michael is requesting you text him your arrival times so he can prepare for your arrival. For anyone who will be staying at Shaker Mills prior to Saturday and would like to hang, let us know! Camping @ Hitchcock House For any adventurers out there, Hitchcock House will allow any guests who are interested to camp on the grounds overnight. If you would like to plan to do so, please let us know by Monday May 15th so we can flag it to Hitchcock House.
A shuttle to/from Hitchcock house will be provided for all guests at the Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites. The shuttle times are as follows: First Wave: 3:30pm Second/Last Wave: 4pm For those who were planning to drive directly to Hitchcock House, be aware that there will be very minimal parking available. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing this option no later than Monday 5/15 so we can accommodate. The Inn at Shaker Mills is about a 3 minute walk from Hitchcock House, so for folks staying at the Inn, plan to keep your car(s) parked in the Shaker Mills lot.
There will be vegetarian options available for guests, but if you have any mandatory dietary restrictions please flag them to us no later than May 8th.
